In case of a return you pay for shipping to us. And in case you want to exchange something, like a different style, size or colour - simply return your unwanted item and place a new order online. We will issue a full refund for your original order upon receiving the return at our warehouse.
If returning because of damaged goods or if the return is due to a mistake made by Jim Rickey, we will refund the cost for the item as well as the cost for returning it. We refund up to 20€, 30$ for your return cost. If you for any reason want to return the goods Jim Rickey can't give a refund of any customs, import duties or taxes paid outside of EU. In case of returning an order for a refund, please note that we always refund the same amount that we received from you at the order date and we do not take responsibility for any currency changes.
Remember that the shoebox is part of the goods. Should we receive a damaged box we will charge a fee of 40 euros. If your return used or damaged goods, we cannot accept your return. We will send you an email when we receive your return and refund has been made, or when we have shipped your exchange order.
All goods will be inspected and the return shall be processed within 30 working days. It may take up to 10 working days for the funds to be credited into your bank account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
