How to return or exchange items:
If you have bought the item at a reseller we ask you to contact them for any exchange or refund.

2. Pack the shoes.
Place the shoes in their original shoe box and make sure you use the same overpack that the shoes came in. Please include our return form with your order number inside the package. Seal the package properly.
3. Send your shoes.
Send your order back from a post office of your choice and use the address that we specify in the return form.
For Swedish returns please use the prepaid Postnord label that will be sent by email after you have fill out our electronic return form and leave your parcel at your nearest Postnord service point. In case of returning an order for a refund 59 SEK is charged and deducted from repayment. The cost for exchanging an order is free of charge.
4. Refund or Exchange
When we receive your return, we will handle your refund/exchange within 30 days.
Refund: You will receive an e-mail confirmation when a refund has been made to the same the payment option you used while placing your order.
Exchange: In case you want to exchange something, like a different style, size or colour - simply return your unwanted item and place a new order online. We will issue a full refund for your original order upon receiving the return at our warehouse. Please note that it can take longer to process returns during sales. Please note that it is only possible to exchange for something in the same price range. If you want something that cost more than your original order, please place a new order.
*Please note that we do not refund any shipping costs.
If returning because of damaged goods or if the return is due to a mistake made by Jim Rickey Stockholm, we will refund the cost for the item as well as the cost for returning it.
Processing of returns of faulty goods purchased on our website. Please take a picture of the fault and send an email to email@example.com
In a case of exchange or return you will responsible for the item during transport/shipping. We follow Swedish laws and regulations. If you would like to learn more about that, visit www.konsumentverket.se. We will comply with the Consumer Complaints Board's recommendations in case of a dispute.
Remember that the shoebox is part of the goods. Should we receive a damaged box we will charge a fee of 40 euros. If your return used or damaged goods, we cannot accept your return. We will send you an email when we receive your return and refund has been made, or when we have shipped your exchange order.
All goods will be inspected and the return shall be processed within 30 working days. It may take up to 10 working days for the funds to be credited into your bank account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
