The order has been confirmed and we have already sent a confirmation e-mail with the order number.
Order has shipped:
As soon as the order had been dispatched from our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with all tracking details.
Not received an order confirmation:
Always be sure that your email address is correct as an incorrect email address is the most common reason for not receiving an order confirmation.
Another reason may also be that your email provider has a SPAM filter that blocks certain emails. If you are still unable to find it, please contact customer service to check that your order has gone through.
